Note! I think that there are Hemisphere specificness in the Heathen Wizard Creed of Wikka. I put the south hemisphere variations in brackets in the definitions of the concerned words. I prefer the North Hemisphere convention although I am in the South Hemisphere, because the dictionary definitions of Beltane, Lammas & Yule correlate correctly. For the areas on or near the equator, I have no idea! Just follow the season conventions as used by your culture.

Dates for Ostara / Litha / Yule / Mabon are subject to astronomical variations, since they are based on the solstices & the equinoxes whose days vary from year to year.

Stop Creed Segregation On Prices! I have discovered that a New-Age religious organization P.A.N. Inc has this club discount scheme whose participating merchants can be seen to be discriminating in the provisions of goods & services against one’s association or non-association with that particular religious organization. 1. New Age Witchcraft. Also, the word wikka (more correctly, wicca) is also an old English word meaning wizard, & the word wicked is etymologized from it.

2. Bewarned! I have found that this site contains evil Macromedia animation at the front page, but the Macromedia does not interfere with the use of the site. When shopping, you have to fill out your entire order on an on-line order form rather than using the standard shopping cart interface. Also, this site needs Javascript enabled when filling out order form. In some browsers, the site’s Javascript programming may interfere with the right mouse button when Javascript is enabled.

3. Legal restrictions and/or prohibitions may apply on purchase, possession or use of daggers, knives, swords or other similar weapons in certain jurisdictions on planet Earth, especially if such weapons are sharpened. For those who can’t afford the legal risks or the responsibility of owning or using such a weapon, or can not legally own such a weapon, I recommend that you use a more legally acceptable non-weapon based knife, or unsharpened imitation (toy) of the weapon. Disclaimer! I am not a lawyer!

4. This term is a synonym to Samhain.

5. When I see the word Summerland, I think of a tropical resort as a result of compound word analysis (Land of Summer), but not an Afterlife World. The meaning Afterlife World refers to jargon context of Summerland that should never exist in Occultic Vocabulary due to its possible misinterpretations. Also, Summerland is a name of a Californian Town (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summerland%2C_California for more information)

6. This term is a synonym to Beltane.

7. Members of some Wikkan communities intentionally misspell this word as sabbat.

8. This sabbath is also known as Candlemas, & I have found some Wikkans using the term!

10. This sabbath is also known as Loaf Mass, but I have not found any Wikkan using this term yet!

9. Some Wikkan groups may celebrate Imbolc (or Lammas for South Hemisphere) on July 31st rather than August 1st.

11. Some New-Age wizards (whether Wikkan or not) intentionally misspells the magic as magick. Despite of the same pronunciation between the two forms, some of these wizards claim that they do it to differentiate stage magic from “flower-power” magic(k).

12. One reason that I brought this Tarot deck because of an association with an ancient computer adventure game Quest for Glory® IV by Sierra On-Line which I do have in my software collection. (See the Internet sites of Quest for Glory®’s original designers Lori & Corey Cole: http://howtobeahero.com/guild/welcome/ & http://www.transolar.com/)
