David E. Down as the adminstrator of GonkHumanitiesTM' Round Table Programs must guarantee the safety of site seekers who enter member sites. Future members is required to acknowledge the terms & conditions of this contract when you become a Mythology of the Round Table.

Definitions:
Member means any member or soon to be member of GonkHumanitiesTM' Round Table Programs.
Site means any site that the member provides content on.
Young minors means any juvenile that is younger than an adolescent.
Visitor means any person who is viewing your site or accessing your site.
 
GonkHumanitiesTM may...
  1. Refuse membership of a member, complian to a member, terminate membership of a member, on the grounds that his/her Internet site has been found to...
    1. Contain no pages in English, that meet Administator's requirements or judgement for the theme of the Round Table that the member is on.
    2. Contain inappropriate, obscene, uninteresting or negative information.
    3. Contain modified versions of the GonkHumanities' Interface panel graphics.
    4. Be intentionally unfunctional for any reasons excluding technical, maintance, sabotage & site relocation.
    5. Do not carry the member's E-mail address or GonkHumanities' Interface Panel.
    6. Is too inappropriate to be viewed by young minors, unless it is equipped with a rating tag on the specific pages or a link to the rating service homepage.
    7. Have no warnings on pages whose links will take the visitor to offensive pages.
    8. Promot issues or practices that encourage or involve...
      1. Crimes.
      2. Immorality.
      3. Intolerance against diversities.
      4. Deprivation of civil rights including privacy.
    9. Collect data about the vistor, about his/her computer, or other computers with his/her data (such as E-mail) that will be transmitted to another computer, without his/her knowledge.
    10. Spy on, sabotage, place data on the vistor's computer or other computers with the visitor's data (such as E-mail) without the visitor's knowledge. This does not include the management of cookie files about the member's site on the visitor's computer.
    11. Be unreadable or understandable.
    12. Be too immoral.
    13. Do something damaging to others, or infringe the rights of others.
  2. Terminate the membership of a member...
    1. Whose site is absent at the registered URL for a very long time.
    2. Who conduct junk E-mail scams.
    3. Who is caught posting the intellectual properities of others on his/her site without the express permission of their owners.
    4. Who fails to...
      1. Keep his/her visitors' communications private without their expressed permission.
      2. Post warnings before entry to offensive pages on his/her site.
      3. Treat their visitors, GonkHumanitiesTM & other Internet Users with great etiquette.
      4. Comply with the warnings, notices or amendments that are sent out by GonkHumanitiesTMabout member miscountduct, technical issues, contract revisions, site contents or other issues that is concerned about GonkHumanitiesTM.
  3. Report technical issues to members.
  4. Refuse re-enrollments of members, if they found to be illict, abusing the Round Tables, or repeatively not complying with the Round Tables' contract.
  5. Require a member to get a rating tag if the site is too inappropriate to be viewed by young minors. Also, a link to rating service homepage must be visible on the site. Rating tags can be obtained from.

    2. SafeSurf: http://www.classify.org/safesurf/
      • Seems to be comprehensive, but Internet Explorer does not have it preinstalled.
  6. Terminate any Round Table program or any member's membership with or without notice.
  7. Not disclose any information that is sent by E-mail which interferes with the general rights of privacy.
GonkHumanitiesTM must be imformed if a member...
  1. Has a change of URL or E-mail addresses.
  2. Has a change of personal details such as name.
  3. Has problems relating to technical or sabotage.
  4. Wants to terminate or suspend his/her membership.
GonkHumanitiesTM are not responsible for...
  1. The activities of www.webring.org. see below.
  2. Imfringement of other's intellectual properity that may imposed against a member, except for the properity that it is authorized by GonkHumanitiesTM for use on the members' site, such as the Interface Panel.
  3. Members who infringe the rights of others.
  4. Members' problem with their ISP's, net-page servers, E-mail servers.
  5. Any other products or services that are not controlled by or under the jurisdiction of GonkHumanitiesTM.
GonkHumanitiesTM' Mythologies of the Round Table service is empowered by www.webring.org . GonkHumanitiesTMcan not be fully responsible with the activities that owner of www.webring.org that may impose to the members of this Round Table. If you need more information about www.webring.org , access it. You may also need to send E-mail of its site owner if you have questions that are not actually covered on its net pages.
 
GonkHumanitiesTM have the right to make revision to this notice, but this may be E-mailed to the members with at least one week prior notice & it will also be posted on this Internet Site.
